automatic wiper/washer

Dear Fellows,

Any of you experienced thi? This is the second time my windshield
wiper-washer started to act without my intention. It was warm in the car
(it is black and the sun is bright) ant the washer started to spray in
my face and the wipers started to wipe... and then the washing liquid
ran out, and the wiper still wiping. There was nothing I could do to
stop it. I stopped the car and the wiper stopped. With ignition on it
started again. I had to remove the relay but now there is no interwall
automatism. What now?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
