Guys, don't get too upset. These numbers are shifty at best. Notice the
"leading" luxury import, BMW, isn't even on the list. Plus, since a tranny
malfuncitoning and a cupholder malfunctioning are both an "incidence," by
and large the survey means nothing. It is however good sales fodder to
stuff in every shoppers hand. And that is an opportunity that is somewhat
diminished with a 9 vs. a 3. Of course, having an Olds, a Buick, Lincoln,
or Caddy on the list is just about enough give Hyundai a sense of hope.
