Let's not forget that the M8 was built and tested but never offered, some time
ago, no less.  M5 will make it stateside before the S8 will, the orders are
being taken for Jan delivery, not a "promised" delivery, ala tt and S4.

S6, let's not hold our breath, we're having a hard enough time getting the S4
config right.
