Maybe this is more a result of the dealers commitment to the customer rather
than a change in the quality of the car itself. It really pretty much the same
car as the 92 I think. 
An example of a great dealer is Audi of Bernardsville(NJ). When you buy a car
from them the person you contact for service is the sales person. He(she)
makes all the arrangements including pick up/ drop off etc. Of course then the
salesperson knows when its time for the next car also. Its works both ways.
