FS 83 urq

I'm going to be looking at Clarke Paynter's 83 urq in the near future.
I can't afford it but if any of you are interested in it, e-mail me and
let me know what I should be looking for.  I'll check out any paperwork
etc. and do my usual inspection, but I am not familiar with the
particulars to watch out for in these cars.  I checked with Clarke and
he thinks this is kosher and doesn't mind if I post the results.  I have
nothing to gain here other than to check it out which should be
enjoyable.
