Hi all:

I'll keep this short since no real Audi stuff.

After having in my posession for more than one year the JC Whitney
bearing separator kit, they took it back.  I wrote them a letter stating
it was unused (not lying here) and despite their 60 day return grace
period asked if they would allow me to return it.  They said yes.

No affiliation just a now completely loyal advocate of their customer
service committment.
