When adjusting the rear brake bias on a 5k you use a special VW 1310 
gauge.  You hook it up in place of the bleeder valves on both front 
and rear.  You are to depress the brake pedal untill the front wheel 
reads 725 psi the rear should be 493-566 psi.  
Than you are told to increse the pressure on front to 1450 psi and 
you should get a reading of 827-899 psi.
This is a brake bias adjustment procedure.  It should give you an 
idea of the pressures involved.
