KBB vs. Black Book

I recently reported that I was able to turn my mother and father to the 
dark side (or is that light side) and convinced them that an Audi is a good 
choice. I am happy to announce the purchase of a 95 A6Q (should be final 
Saturday I think).
The question that I have for the list is about a thread that occurred about 
a week ago on the subject of the KBB and the "black book". A couple of 
comments were made that KBB values cars to high and the black book is more 
accurate.  So if KBB shows a 95 A6Q w/50k and everything but CD player and 
phone at about 26k what does the black book show it as.
Also what is the Audi "recommended" replacement for the timing belt?
