[Fwd: ??? about Audis]

Can any of you early coupe owners (and/or others as well) offer some
insight to Sue? I told her to check to see if the timing belt (and water
pump and tensioner while at it) was recently done. What else regarding
these coupes?

Please respond to her (i.e. as much as I'd like to learn more about the
coupes, she NEEDS to know, not me).

Please forgive my intrusion, however I found your web page and hope you
may be able to either help me out, or to direct me elsewhere.

My daughter's father has bought her a used Audi - an '87 Coupe GT.
(Five Cyclinder?)  It has about 120K on it.  What can you tell me about
what we should be watching for as far as maintenance, problems specific
to this model, etc.....

Any help would be really appreciated!
