Ahhh... the good ol' gravity bleed.  Sometimes this is the only way to get all
the bubbles out of the brake/clutch hydraulic system.  Just have a little
transparent hose on the nipple routing all the fluid to a container, open the
reservoir cap, and open the bleed nipple wide open - you may need to remove it
all together.  It can be messy if you don't have something to catch the fluid
and you have to close the nipple while fluid is running out.  Be careful not to
let the reservoir run dry.
