RE:Best for Autocross 1.8t or V6

<<I was wondering which was the better autocross machine, an A4 with the
<<V6 or the 1.8turbo. Opinions welcome but facts would be nice.

I would say the 1.8t is the car to have, and not just because I own one.  The
1.8t can be modified with little $ from 200 to 260hp, the 1.8t is lighter, and
you can get it for a lot less than the V6.  The 1.8t is basically the deal of
the century.
