Retorquing head bolts

Ditto this comment. DO NOT RETORQUE AUDI HEAD BOLTS. The manuals address
this specifically as a no-no. If you are, you might as well reuse the old
bolts, cuz you just stretched the new ones, now they are no "better" than the
old ones. You can save 40bux in the short term I suppose.
Follow the Bentley manual, do it right the first time. The second time
redoing the first hardly makes the above a good "secret to speed". Also,
don't forget to get the oil out of the bottom of each of the head bolt holes
in the block. I've redone some heads cuz someone forgot to do this, creating
hydrolock of the bolt. Compressed air or soaking it up works fine.
