And furthermore, regardless of what kind of reader you have, if you're on 
the digest version, it all gets sent to you as ASCII garbage.  Everyone on 
the digest gets lots and lots of garbage in addition to the useful (?) 
readable words.  Are there any exceptions to this?

p.s.  Omigod, Dean, you didn't post the _whole_ digest to the list with 
your email, did you?  That's another no-no!  :-)
