4kSQ: Gas Pedal/Throttle Cable rubber isolators

You just brought back a buried, unpleasant memory - "second date" night in the
4KQ (spotless interior, exterior and persons) and we're leaving the
restaurant, pulling out of the parking spot, both of us feeling that tense,
wordless expectancy about our agreed-upon destination, warm fuzzies, witty
back-and-forth, etc.  

And then the gas pedal _plops_ to the floor!

The Audi Gods have an inspired sense of ironic cruelty.  Consider yourself
warned.

Don't let this happen to you...!  

(this story does have a happy ending, but I was unable to imagine one at the
time)
