Also, check the "michelin man" hose from the intercooler to the throttle body.
It could be in the process of developing a split, most likely on the bottom
side of the hose where it's tough to see.  On the '85 CST I just replaced one
on, the split(s) would open and close at strange intervals - sometimes the car
would idle and run well, and then it would stall and be hard to start again.
