The 83-90 200s had small European bumpers with turn signal lights in the
corners and fog lights. All 83-91 US-spec cars (5000/100/200) had big
bumpers with small turn signal lights. AFAIK no fog lights were available
as a factory equipment on US-spec cars. In 1991 European 200tq 20V cars
adopted big US-spec bumpers, without the reinforcements and shock absorbers
present on US-spec cars, though. Some of them have small fog lights above
the turn signal light. The rear bumper is larger on these cars as well (the
91 European 200tq20V looks exactly like a US-spec model). 1991 was the only
model year when big bumpers were used on European cars, so good luck
finding one... and you probably wouldn't like to know how much new ones
cost at the dealer.
