Bumpers Euro/American

I´m planning to get some 200 bumpers for my european 100cc-85.
Is there anyone knowing something about this change?
I´ve seen many different bumpers, is there a pattern?
I think on older 200 there´s a big foglight and a big turning light
together, like the ones on V8.

The bumpers I want looks like the ones on 200q-91, with a small turning
light. When came that bumper and on what modell?
Is there any difference between european and american 200 bumpers? I`ve
also seen (here in Sweden) a 200 bumper with a small turning light and a
little fog light above it. Is this a option on some models?

The back bumper looks the same, or?
