Re: copper crush washer vs aluminum



I've been using aluminum crush washers for over 10 years in various vehicles,
including Audis, and have never seen any signs of corrosion problems.

And, since I live in northern Ohio, my cars are exposed to a lot of salt in the
winter.

However, I do change the oil every 3 months.
