Park your car on level ground facing a wall (at night!). Easiest to aim
the highs with the lows unplugged or blocked. They should be straight
and level, ie the bright spots should be the same height as the lamps
and the same distance apart. The lows should be straight and aimed 1
degree down, which is about 1 inch down for each ten feet of distance
from the wall.
I think that's right.
