Naaah, it's only a broken flap door bracket behind the glove box. I
repaired on several type-44 Audis. It involved fabricating a funky
looking bracket and bayoneting in the fallen vacuum servo.
This has been happening so often that Audi introduced a repair bracket.
A few people on the list used it with great success. I hope somebody
will post a p/n for you. 

BTW, those $170 for the Bentley are the best $170 you would've spent on
the car.
Congrats, the '89 200 is a wonderful machine, especially the early '89
with a bigger K26 turbo.
