Re: Who needs a field current!?
The little wire to the right of the big wire( when you're lying under the
car). So far as I know, those should be the only ones coming out of the
alternator. Mine is a 115A and the one on my other car is a 90A and both
have only the 2 wires. Just give a moderate tug to anywire you can find and
if it comes loose just strip it a bit and re-crimp it. Terminals,
connecters, and crimpers are available at any hardware store. Let the
tugging begin!
