5kcs and 200t for sale in MA

Nybody know about these cars listed in the WANT ADvertiser? The 87 5kcs is
a dark grey auto in Amesbury with lots of new stuff and the 200t is a black
on tan '90 w /92k on it. Name is Chris on the 200. Are these listers cars?
I may buy one of them for my wife and I to add to the 4kcsq. The 5k is
$3500 and the 200t is $6600. What about these prices? Pros-cons of 5k
against newer 200?
