20V motor $value advice pls?

Hi,

I need some advice on how to value a ('91 200TQ)  20V _engine_ that was
rebuilt from bare block up, with about 20K miles on it since the rebuild. 
The turbo was not rebuilt, but otherwise it is a pretty fresh motor from
the main bearings to the head, with 2 minor enhancements:  (1) upgraded
head gasket, (2) upgraded head bolt/stud kit. 

Also would like to hear what '91 200TQs are going for that you know of
$-wise in the last 6 months or so, especially if you can also comment on
their mileage/condition/enhancements.
