Rally car licensing question...
I'm curious: How does Carl Merrill get a license plate on his Escort
Cosworths? Or Henry Joy get one for his Mitsubishi Lancers? It seems to me
that however they're doing it, this method might also make it possible to
get a license plate for, say, a 20v Ur-Q, right? (And before you jump to
any conlusions, as much I'd like to have one -- Torsen center diff and all!
-- my sights are actually being aimed a little bit lower and slower.)
If anyone can shed any light on how this is done, I'd be most grateful...
