re: after run fan, 4k(q)/coupe
I suppose on single speed fan cars, it would (should) be easy to obtain
the after run feature, by powering the relay for the fan from the
battery (better choice would be the load reduction relay) instead of
ignition power.
Even if all it does is cool the engine compartment (what about the
coolant in the radiator - all nicely chilled and ready for the next
run...). In fact, there must be *some* convective flow through the
block until the thermostat closes, especially with the radiator coolant
being cooled?
