I thought I saw a female name today, was it Sandy? Kinda caught my
eye. Welcome to the Quattro List, Dee!

That's great! This morning I was admiring the way my four rings shine
from a distance. They really make the car stand out in a sea of
mediocrity.

I would take it one step higher, to that persons boss. I'd follow it up
the chain until I was satisfied. They misled you. Since they gave you
documentation, it's even worse than if it was just a verbal promise of
the car's history, IMO. Tell them you're beginning to think it was
intentional, and that they are trying to blow you off. Don't be afraid
to stand your ground.

Good luck and keep us posted...
