Typical.

On my '85 5000s (yours 100) there were (are) two sensors one above the
other on the LH side of engine block:
a. First stage, 0.3bar, brown, NC. The buzzer kicks if this sensor is
not closed. BLU/BLK wire was on mine. YColourMV.
b. Second stage, 1.8 bar, white, NO. The buzzer kicks in above 3000rpm
if this sensor is not closed by the oil pressure build up. WHT/GRY wire
was on mine. YColourMV.

Your second stage sensor is goofing up.
1. Disconnect it's wiring.
2. Connect it to chassis.
3. Rev the engine above 3000rpm.
Don't hear the buzzer? Second stage sensor is kaput.
Do hear the buzzer? Find the break in it's wiring to the brain (this
brain is situated by the climate control brain in the central console).
