Simple SUV Alternative Idea

Hey,
I had an idea today. It came to me while reading the new issue of EC.
There is an article on a showcar from Autobahn Designs, making a regular
GTI a Safari Golf, very much in the spirit of the Syncro equipped euro Golf
Country (A2 Golf SUV). They acheived the ground clearance using Coilovers.
What if you had an Audi A4 Avant, and you equipped it with coilovers? From
what I understand, and Autobahn Designs has shown, is that these are
ultimately height adjustable. In the summer I could adjust the car low with
big 17" rims and low profile tires, and in the winter I could literally
jack it up and slap on some 16" rims and all terrain tires, similar to the
allroad quattro effect, but not at the push of a button. Would it be this
simple? I assume that the car would need aligned each time the height was
changed, thus only switching it in the fall and spring.
	Could it be that simple?
