rear diff capacity

I have an '87 5000CD TQ approaching 150K miles.
I want to put Redline oil in the diff and tranny, but I can't find
any reference to the capacity of the rear diff case! I checked Bently,
Q-list archives and my own archives to no avail. (Also, the owners manual
doesn't have it either.)
I seem to remember a post a year or two ago that talked about changing the
fluid in the diff and tranny in a 5KQ. Could somebody please help?
