Easy test.  Take the 90 degree elbow (grey) out of the line (it attaches to
the pump, and has a ck valve in it, keeping fluid in the lines), and try
again.  The vigor should come back in spades + some.  Most leave it out,
though it takes a while for the fluid to get to the nozzles once the ck valve
removed.  Part is less than 10bux.
