Note to those with creaking bushings - one old trick I've used with 
great success on noisy rubber bushings is to use a spray bottle 
and spray the bushigns with a 50/50 solution of water and 
dishwashing liquid.  Amazing how it quiets things down - and it lasts 
pretty well, too.
