1992 S4 -- what do I need to look for before signing on the dotted line for this used car?

Hi.

I have located a 68,000 mile dealer maintained 1992 S4.  Everything
smells right but what are the quirks and/or weaknesses of this car.  I
have a 1991 200tqw (which I love).  The only thing I dont like about it
is the headlights dont throw enough light.  Did they solve this problem
with the 92 S4?  Any and all input will be appreciated.
