They have fixed the problem.  The only thing that I don't like about the
S4's lights in that in low beam altough they are really bright they also
have  a really defined pattern  EG:  They act as if they have are comming
out of a filter.  The top of the lights are cut straight across.  Reason:
so that they can have the bright lights, but not blind on comming traffic.
