Well shux, I was hoping that thing was the reason that wheel is so
bound.  If it does nothing when bad, I guess it wouldn't put the brakes
on huh...  The other wheels are fine.  There is zero fluid in the
system, one of the brake lines got buzz-sawed thru accidentally, so I
guess the caliper needs some inspection...

There aren't any cables on it, that's another part I'm in the middle of
replacing.  The old rusty cables are in a pile with the old trans &
diff...  Just the wheel all by itself...  Thanks for the info Don!
