Monterey Historic Races

I just thought I'd test the waters on the historical races at Monterey this
year.  I got the info packet from General Racing ... which I left at home so
I don't have a lot of details ... sorry!  The event is usually held in late
August.

If you didn't know already the featured marque is Porsche ... and I know for
a fact I'm going to be there just to hear the 917s angry ... I'm melting
just thinking about it!  Anyway, if we can collect at least 35 members who
prepay tickets for a particular day we can have our own corral for that day.
Given the featured marque I'll probably go both Saturday and Sunday for once
... hell, I might even take Friday off!  :)

If any of you have any interest in attending let me know and I can get you
more information.  If enough folks express an interest I'll post the info
later from home.  I've been meaning to post this for some time, but either I
would forget or I wouldn't have the paperwork, so I figured a post with
little info was better than waiting ...
