motor mounts 85 urq

Okay folks. I've gone back in time to read about Andrew's adventure with motor
mounts. The mounts Carlsens sold me are the rubber bonded 443 199 381J with
the green dot. Didi also included some misc hardware for the one below the
downpipe.
 The cost of these was $52 each. They do not look anywhere as beefy as the
ones I am going to replace. Does anyone have any recommendations before I
install the new ones?
 Will these rubber ones hold up? They really don't look like they can take the
weight.
