Yes, I have heard about some 86 ur-q Canada models, but I don't know how many. I think someone here posted numbers for Canada ur-q imports.  I hear the 86 CND ur-qs have the much-dreaded digital dashes. 

No officially imported DOT/EPA US-spec 86 ur-qs though and 'still waiting'  ...... ...    ....    . ..  ...

Please, show me I am wrong!

No, but one was basically totalled in Canada in the past year.  Someone
bought it and is now rebuilding it.  I looked into it a bit myself ...
according to the VIN it was in fact an '86 ...
