Accident

Well all, just crashed my car. I was approaching an intersection and
someone to the right decided to enter the intersection. Needless to say, I
hit them. Slammed on the brakes, but the wet roads didnt see that. Anyway,
they lied and said that I ran the red and some people walked off the
street to corroborate their story. I had witnesses in my car, but they
have an outside thing in their opinion. What is the way the insurance co.
will take care of this? It was very disgusting that she started playing up
her (non) injuries and the guy on the bike who backed her up. It was the
opinion of many on the scene that he corroborated her story because he was
of the same persuasion. I actually swerved around him from way down the
road to avoid him (biked as if he was drunk). What will happen now?
With some prying my cars driveable. The ic has touched and deflected the
power steering pump belt, so it wont run for long, but it will when
clearnce is made.
