seat belts

I tell everyone who gets in my car that you MUST wear your seatbelts or I
don't move. It seemed that last night, they came in very handy. No
injuries, no bruises, nothing. My friend, who was sitting to the right of
me could have easily gone through the windshield, even at that speed. I do
credit the excellent safety engineering of this car with allowing us to
walk away not even shaken.

The impact felt like nothing. The belt locked, kept us in our seats and
was pretty much uneventful. The crash damage on my car was not severe. The
radiator is still intact and I think the ic might just have some contact
marks. It is still very much drivable.

Definately a great car. It's good to rack a car head on and not hit the
windshield (even with my seat belt on).
