If you truly did not run a red light, then this looks like it could be
a case of insurance fraud.  A couple of big rings have been broken up
around here.  Be sure that you file a report and talk to the police
about it.  It would be interesting to find out if the guy on the bike
was in any way connected with the driver of the other vehicle.  Another
thing to watch for is claims by other passengers in the other car, or
claims from people who claim to have been in the other car.  Is the name
of everybody who was there recorded?
