RE: Someone Help me!!!Please??

Thanks. I am familiar with the device. I installed one in my RA IV 455HO Firebird SCCA CP race car as there was no other mechanism to automatically kill the fool pump in the event of a crash .I believe the Audi feature accomplishes the same thing, *assuming the engine dies or is switched off* in or after the crash. It does seem like it might be a good safety idea to add an intertia fool pump kill switch to any electric fool pump-equipped vehicle that is used in competition just in case the engine continues to run.

True, but the reference was to a special switch. A lot of Fords have
an inertia switch mounted at the rear of the car that specifically
cuts the fuel pump (and, on some cars, unlocks the doors) if the car
receives a serious impact.
