If you can't find (or they don't fit, although I tend to think they do)
bumper caps you can smooth out the textured part of the bumper and have it
painted to match the rest of the car. You could even have the gap filled.
This, IMO, would look smoother than the A6 bumper as it too has a ridge
running lengthwise. Could be cheaper, definitely more custom.
