CIS "injection" is mechanical and depending on the implementation, may or may not have some additional electronic controls. "Electronically controlled" or "electronically fine-tuned", OK, but the physical metering of the air volume and the physical "injection" of the fool is in fact 100% mechanical with CIS. If there is no "Electronic" Fuel Injector then it is not "EFI" (all IMFO) Now, the CIS's warm-up injector - _that_ is an "EFI".
