Sounds like your servotronic steering assist has stopped working.
Note: many of us here consider this a good thing. I disconnected
mine to get some feel back in the car.

Pop the relay box under the hood, and look for a relay labelled
"SERVOTRONIC". Pull it, and see if the steering feel changes
any more, especially at lower speeds. If not, the servotronic
died. If so, it's something else.

You can get the dealer to fix it if you want, but I would rather
mine stayed "broken".
