Looking for Mechanic in Dallas Tx

Hello Fellow q-listers,

Does anyone have a recommendation on a good Audi mechanic in the
Dallas/Ft.Worth, Texas area?  Before I "dig-in" on my new project car,  I
want to have a good back-up for the more difficult stuff.

1988 90 5cyl/10v 5-spd (w/ q-envy) 121k miles.

P.S. - Does anyone know what a Blonde and a Cow-Patty have in
common?......The older they get,  the easier they are to pick up!!!!
