plug connectors

The resistor is built into the plug (if it has one). Those little connectors are just that - connectors - to allow the plug to be used with both types of plug wahr sockets.

I didn't know that little screw-on thingee is a resistor. It seemed to me
to be just an adapter piece for different cars. Interesting.

plugs I've worked with for my cars (all Bosch) have had a removable
"resistor".
