cone filter conversion

IME TAP overstates everything by about 12 hp. I doubt you'll see 12 hp from a
filter. Plus you want cool air - where does the cone fit? Does it get more
cool air? (doubt it). Also be careful with cones - there is a vortex effect
that can reportedly con fuse the mass air-flow sensor, though that may only be
a problem in higher hp apps (like 3.0 bar, over 300hp)

Best thing is prolly a Ram air filter in a slightly modified stock box with
creative ducting to route more outside (cool) air. YMMV.
