HQ Buffer Needed

Spring cleaning time!

Anyone know where I can get a high quality buffing wheel at a great price?
Looking for something along the lines of Porter Cable, capable of ~2500 RPM.
Should be high quality, something that won't be used *real often* but will
last 20 years. No less than 2000 RPM is acceptable. Any good, quality used
ones lying around gathering dust?

For barter I also have PIAA Pro 90's (nearly new) in the box, and a custom
type-44  (5k,100/200/V8) cover, cost $250 as I recall, used a dozen times max,
if either of those are of interest... Cash works too, eh?  

I'm looking to act fast, so TIA!

PS: for clarification I'm not looking for one of those cheapo $40 waxer-wheels
- I need a serious heavy duty wheel.
