New S4 owner?s: delr bushings,rs2-header,993rotor/bigred,wheels....

Hello all,

Note:  this duplicates an s-cars post, but the traffic/response on that
list seems really sparse.
Note:  I tried to search the archives for these kinds of questions but
Dan's new seach engine fails to return anything on S4 or "S4", I've emailed
Dan re the search engine bug.

I am upgrading from  a '91 200 to a '92 S4 (with newer  tranny), taking
delivery in about 2 weeks and need some advice from veteran S-owners.

1.  I need to freshen up everything in the front end of the S4 I'm getting,
with 91K miles.    Does anyone know of a source for S4 suspension bushings
in Delrin or Polyurethane?  I know 2Bennets makes them for the CQ, but they
don't list them for the S4.   Any trick motor mounts or use stock audi?

2.  Bilsteins vs. adjustable Konis recommendations?   I've heard that
someone in Colorado area may have custom-valving-for-the-S4 Bilsteins?? 
Usage is daily driver, don't want too harsh ride, but i plan on 2-4 quattro
club track days per year.  Willl have the strong '92 S4 sway bars front and
 rear.

3.  Any used '92 rear sway bars out there for sale?  

4.  Does anyone know of a used/blem RS2 style 20V header for sale? (dream
on <g>)  

5.  Does anyone know a lister that has "993 rotors with big red calipers",
rather than the more typical "Coleman(?) rotors with big red calipers",
that I can query for availability of a  hat/adapter for this combination. 
I'm commissioning an adapter for this combo, but it would be nice to take
advantage of inventory item or an NC machining program laying around
somewhere.   If not, and someone else wants to pile on, let me know and
I'll ask my custom brake shop about volume price for making adapters.

6.  What is the correct offset for 17"x8" wheels for the S4?  

6.1  Wanted: used 17"x8" S4-compatible wheels in good condition  that have
at least 1- 1/4" between the inside of the spokes and the wheel's 
hub-mounting surface (for big red clearance).

7.  BTW - are there searchable archives for the s-car list ala the main
quattro-list archives?

8.  S4 tire fitment advice: I'm considering Bridgestone S-02 Pole Position
tires.  Here's the 17" sizes

225/ 45 ZR 17 $205
 235/ 40 ZR 17 $248   
 235/ 45 ZR 17 $223    most likely choice??  a little less chance of
pothole damage vs. 40's
245/ 45 ZR 17 $251     will these have clearance or speedo problems?
255/ 40 ZR 17 $265
 255/ 45 ZR 17 $276 

9.  Also,  is there a significant disadvantage for 17x7.5" vs. 8" wheels? 
There's some nice used 7.5" wheels with 35mm offset but not sure about 7.5"
being OK for S4 with fat tires eg 235 or 245.
