I believe you got the best factory IC made (type 44).  If you want
better, aftermarket is probably the only way to go (I think).  Don't
know about the S4 IC, is it better, will it fit, etc.  I know of a few
who put water sprayers on their IC's, spraying while under acceleration.
Don't know how well this works.  Awaiting the wisdom of the list on this
one...
